Polestar has released the European market pricing details for their all-electric Polestar 2. The first Polestar 2’s to be delivered will be of very high spec, having the Pilot package which includes; Adaptive Cruise Control, forward collision warning and a 360° camera with parking sensors. The Plus package will also be specced on the first cars this includes; a fixed panoramic sunroof, heated wiper blades and a heated steering wheel and rear seats. The first three years of servicing and maintenance with pick-up and delivery will also be thrown in too.
The Polestar 2 uses 300kW all-wheel-drive drivetrain coupled to a 78kWh battery pack, this package gives the Polestar 2 an enjoyable drive with plenty of range. There will be a plethora of aids for the driver including Pilot Assist which gives the driver confidence that they will have a safe journey. A panoramic roof gives the cabin an airy feel making it an even more pleasant place to be and pixel headlights give the maximum light when needed.
The Polestar 2 will be the first car to utilise the Android Automotive OS with its infotainment system, giving the driver access to their Google services including; Google assistant, Google Maps and Google Play Store. This will give the driver a seamless transition when getting into the car. A Harmon Kardon sound system set the infotainment system off.

The Polestar 2 is currently available to reserve online at Polestar.com with a fully refundable deposit. Polestar will be using a digital retail model where cars are bought straight from Polestar through the website. They will also be opening Polestar Spaces in 50 city locations by the end of 2020, with the first ones opening by the end of 2019. Polestar Spaces will allow customers to speak with Polestar Specialist and arrange test drives.
